There are no limits to how much you can sacrifice for love, and once you do your life is a portrait of happiness.
As far as romantic comedies go, The Longest Ride is above average. Yes, it still delivers the cliche story in a predictable manner with a lust-less ending and a boring climax, but it maintains enough integrity to be seen without regret.
I never cry, but this gave me tears
It feels a bit of the notebook vibe but its a descent effort of a movie. I thorough enjoy it and it was sweet and beautiful. Like the ending.
One of the most beautiful movies I have ever seen in my life and one of my favorites. Everything was perfect, from the characters, to the story, to the ending, it was just amazing. I find that nowadays it is hard to find these kind of beautiful movies that make you cry of joy. I really wish they would start making more of these.
This was just a really sweet movie. The two main couple had great chemistry - best I'd seen in a while. I was smiling the whole time (well, not for the sad parts). I really like the flashbacks as well, it made the relationship between Luke and Sophia look like it was progressing at a normal rate. Oftentimes, it seems like the couples meet and get married a few months later, but the way this was set up allowed me to see their 'journey'. It had great acting (I love Britt Robertson).
Overall, it's cute and good for a feel-good romance movie.
