The Lorax 2012

A good movie about the importantance of trees and how unnecessary it is to cut so many down. The songs are catchy and memorable as well.

Don't listen to anyone who tries to tell you this is a bad movie. Just don't.

I’ve only just got around to watching this film and I’ve got to say It’s got a great message and this world needs to listen to it.

Overall it’s roots were strong and it had a great sense of humour and also had a dark side to it.

Good animation.

so i watched the lorax.

Never heard "doctor Seuss",
Does he have a good use?
but i started to feel sorry
after this heartbreaking story.

I watched the movie twice
german and english to feel nice
and, man, i was wrong,
so much love in all song'

So should you watch and see,
the speaker of the trees?
Oh yes, you should do,
And cheer for Danny DeVito.

This movie is quite boring. So simple and boring. Don't want to watch it again, Though I love animation movies very much :(

Bad movie. I think I don't have to tell you this, it has been discussed to death, and I could not agree more.
Totally misses the point of the original, too clean, too boring, the songs are ok.
Y'all can skip this one.

The Lorax" might not be everyone's cup of tea. It's true that it's not the best Dr. Seuss movie adaptation out there. Some find it a bit subpar and confusing. However, the music, especially when it became a TikTok trend, added some fun to it. It's not a standout in the Dr. Seuss film catalog, that's for sure. :seedling::notes::clapper:

I can't stand this movie. The only reason it even has it's 4 points is because of O Hare, who is funny to look at. But please, don't watch this. It is dreadful, songs are hit and miss, and the animation is just UGLY.

All Dr. Seuss stories are completely beautiful and this is not the exception. The plot is great, but I felt the climax and ending very abrupt. It was all run-run-run, the end. That is why I rated it 7. They should've given more time to close the story better, I think.

I admit... I kind of enjoyed this movie. Probably Illuminations' only above average movie. I can see actual effort was put into this.

Don't get discouraged to watch this animation. It's actually a good one, but the message is more important that it being an animation. It's like Frozen which I called Amazingly disturbing and gave a 6. The Oscar awards is inexplicable to me.

This movie however has a far better message in it and might change someones life for the better. If Frozen made you realise something you're probably a bad, bad person. (shame on you).

Unless... is the keyword to every possibility !

I really hate crappy movies like this. Give it a miss

I didn't mind this actually it wasn't anything special as long as you know what to expect going into it like don't expect a classic animation movie nemo or monsters inc or whatever take your pic but if you take it for what it is not too bad but def more meant for kids when usually adults & kids can enjoy the animated flicks of today.

Good and fun but a bit simplistic.
Good to watch though

my kid wanted to see the movie tice on a row... so good movie to me if it can occupy him for a long time and I have some peach in house hahaha

Better than I expected, and closer to the story line of the book than I expected. Not mind blowing, but a fun time anyway.
