A fine enough short, which links itself (unofficially, obvs) to 2012's 'Looper'. Haruka Abe leads very stylishly, she looks the part in this to be fair. Interesting that in the year following, she starred in Clean Bandit's 'Rather Be' music video - some track and some throwback, 10 years ago?! The minimal story of 'The Outsider: A Looper's Story' is alright, while the film is shot more than competently. It doesn't add much, if anything, but I respect the effort, as always.
