Starting my quest to watch every movie from all my future husbands: Robert Downey Jr
This movie was actually kinda fun. The main girl was a bit annoying with how cold she was being, though, despite how much RDJ's character was trying to help. But the plot was fun, enjoyable and unique enough for me get into it.
In the end it will turn out that it is a matter of method
I expected this to be a lot cuter but it failed big time.

If you would have told me that there was a movie that starred Hopper, Keitel, Aiello and half of the cast of the Sopranos and I haven't seen it, I would have sat down to watch it immediately. Unfortunately, it also stars a very young (and happy to be there!) Robert Downey Jr. and Molly Ringwald, and this tells us that it is an 80's "comedy". There really is very little for the viewer in this movie. Downey Jr. plays a young man that spends his free time trying to pick up women. Ringwald is a woman that is a tough nut to crack, not to mention she has a serious problem. The whole movie felt rather hokey. I might have given it a slightly higher rating if not for the completely awful dialog in the last few scenes.
