Recently heard the track 'Cherry Bomb' on the radio and, as with so many things these days, was soon turning to google for answers. Within a few clicks of a mouse I was watching The Runaways. Never a massive fan of Joan Jett but have to say, this is really worth the watch. Ok, I've a soft spot girls with guitars but I promise ya, there's more to this film than sex, drugs and Rock n Roll. A current fave for me. Five years too late. But still a current fave.

Great bio movie about The Runaways. Good soundtrack and great performances as we see the rise and fall of Cherrie Curry, and the continued success of Joan Jett.
