Either I was not in a child-like mindset or . . . this was just a bad movie. Poorly written and acted. Surprisingly, the CGI was pretty good.
How I rate:
1-3 :heart: = seriously! don't waste your time
4-6 :heart: = you may or may not enjoy this
7-8 :heart: = I expect you will like this too
9-10 :heart: = movies and TV shows I really love!

I didn't get to the end of this. It's like a really really childish CS Lewis story, plenty of imagination, what looks like reasonable effects, but just didn't work for me. I think a significantly noticeable aspect was the awful voices used.
Frankly, I was surprised this was so bad. Maybe it is ok for 8-12 year olds?
