There were loads of great sci-fi movies in the 70's... Star Wars, Close Encounters, Solaris, Alien, and more... but this movie was not one of them. Nothing to do with the HG Wells story 'Things to Come,' this jumbled tale is cheap and not very cheerful. Still, despite its rubbish effects and crappy story, it is weirdly watchable, especially for fans of bad cinema.
