I really tried to like this movie but I just couldn't... The plot doesn't work to me, not only because was full of cliches but the script was already bad and sometimes Yara's acting was so bad, like if she was staring at nothing, the soundtrack was like if they wanted to make a soundtrack full of trendy songs... and I still don't get how Natasha fell in love that fast, i mean, she said she doesn't believe in love and literally right away try to kiss Daniel, zero development, zero chemistry, a total fail to me.
Teen romance bingo:
Friend whose only purpose is to listen to how much he loves her
Star crossed lovers
Disapproving parents
I love you
Fate
What if I don’t want to go to college Dad
Extended stares
Racism
Rescue
Fails the bechdel test
Not like other girls
Beautiful music and beautiful people. Nothing like life
Know the scene from groundhog day? The one where he's trying to recreate the perfect night in the snow? How fake and forced and awkward it felt? Well, this movie felt very much like that
This is not what I'd hoped for from this adaptation but it was still in some ways decent. I do think however that the two main actors may not have been best picked for their roles as their was some stale moments in their supposed on screen chemistry. This was ok.
and in the end I found something really touching... we are butterflies let's start living !!!!
Not my kind of film at all, but I liked this one. This relationship drama isn't overly sentimental or cheesy, and the actors in the leads give refreshingly real performances.

If you dont put too much into this, it's a really sweet movie. I got emotional at the end. Would recommend if you enjoy cliche romantic comedies :)
