She sees an old man beaten up and unhesitantly provides help. She later finds out that he's a gay vampire who loves eating dicks. They become very close and he decides to pay back her kindness. Very interesting take on vampire film. It's so over-the-top from the comedy, gore, and performances. You just can tell how much effort they put into this. It also features so many prosthetic dicks. Some parts of the story didn't really work but I had a bloody fun time.
