The acting leaves a lot to be desired and the script is cliche at times, but I will always admire this movie because it introduced me to Michael Crichton for the first time, and that is one of the best doors ever opened.
I'm just here to say the book is always better :D in this case this statment is absolutely true
The worst adaptation I've seen so far of anything Michael Crichton has written.
