The main event fight between Machida vs Rua failed to live up to the expectations, IMO. It was still a good fight but I really would have expected more than the "cat-and-mouse" game that we watched for 25 minutes. There were some good fights on this card, however, including the opening fight between Anthony Johnson vs Yoshiyuki Yoshida. Additionally, that fight between Cain Velasquez vs Ben Rothwell was the slugfest you hope to see when the heavyweights come out. Good card overall, just a little letdown over that Machida/Rua fight.
