I was impressed with this, and wasn't expecting to be. I'm not a big fan of any of the fighters on this particular card and halfway expected this to put me to sleep but surprisingly, that was NOT the case. The main event fight between Jim Miller vs Melvin Guillard turned out to be much better than I expected, and that fight between Mike Easton vs Jared Papazian...wow! That's what you hope to see when you're watching MMA: a genuine slugfest throwdown. Those guys went at it tooth and nail and it was great. This was Jorge Rivera's last fight, as he had announced his retirement prior to this match. Kind of bittersweet to watch so many of these guys begin and end their MMA/UFC careers when their names have been around for so many years, almost like saying goodbye to an old friend. Contrary to what I had expected, this was NOT a "dull" card but turned out to be a very very good card with some great fights!
