Even though movies like this, alter things to be more "applicable" for a film and dramatic themes, it was quite the altered ending knowing that she really did her time and then came back to her home town. It is shocking how sometimes the ones that supposed to be for the people often times are the least capable to represent the people when political times like these happen to them.
