It has nothing to do with Moon (2009), but comes with the featurettes on the Blu-Ray. The protagonist, Ryan, works for some unknown organisation to eliminate those deemed as targets. The plot revolves around a weapon which can seemingly target anyone (as long as they are outside?) with satelite based surveillance and a small missile type projectile.
Something goes wrong that wasn't planned for and Ryan seeks to make it right. That's about it.
The characters had very little personality or backstory and not a lot happens in the film. Most of the film is just about their family and the place they've moved to. It was honestly pretty boring and I almost gave up 10 minutes in. After finishing it, I wish I had now. Thankfully, it was only a short film, so I didn't waste that much time. For a film made in 2002, it also seemed very dated with poor production quality.
