Clay and the Principal got so meta there. I was beginning to think they would just stick to that part with Alex saying how it's fucked up to be forbidden to talk about it at all.

Poor Tyler. At this point I 95% want him to be happy just because and only 5% so he doesn't become the stereotype of the kid who shoots up the school.

"Hannah, if my daughter were older I would tell her the same thing - That men, they can control themselves. Everybody can. Everybody acts like consent is this complicated thing, but it's not. All right? Everybody knows whether they have it or not, and it was that boy's job to know."

Some of these speeches are so good. Mr. Porter really made me tear up when he was at the trial and started crying.

"Are you okay?"
"I'm fine. I believe Bryce. I know he's he's got a good heart."
"Are you sure that you're okay?"

That part actually made me laugh out loud. But I really think something bad will happen to Chloe... I really hope she was just acting in front of Zach and gets away from Bryce asap.

This episode looks at the testimony of one of Hannah's teachers and Mr. Porter. Those heartbreaking moments where Mr. Porter had to accept what he has done and look to improve himself in the future. Clay gets jumped and teams up with Tyler and Cyrus to vandalize the baseball field until Clay discovers where the clubhouse is. Clay reaches out to Justin for help before Justin leaves town. Jessica goes out with new friends and tries to socialize with people who don't know about her past. Tony finds his car destroyed and when asked what's wrong, Tony continues to hold back. What else is he hiding that no one else can know about. Also, who is this girl Mrs. Baker is asking not to testify?
