Blah, why are the episodes that focus on the call center drama always so bad? I knew the "lesson" being taught here was going to be some dumb "Don't let bullies bully you" type thing too. I would have preferred a deeper message, because yes this lady was being abrasive, but Mary was also being very territorial as well, and sometimes you need to take an opportunity to learn from someone who knows more than you especially in a job where people's lives are on the line, verses getting offended that in the pursuit of saving someone's life that your toes were stepped on.
Glad they didn’t just brush over Athena hitting Harry. Boring episode spent on May, she shouldn’t be a main character at all.
