It's fine. The show is back. Not to give spoilers, but the blimp disaster was a bit disappointing for me considering the promotional material. Still, this episode pushes characters forward, in a way that is nice and shows that the show isn't afraid to shift the characters a little bit and further define them, even six seasons into the show.
There is one character art that gets wrapped up in this episode, though, which would have made more sense to wrap up at the end of last season, as it would have made that ending a lot more satisfying.
Dangerous equipment like we had seen in the golf scene should have to have better safety measures, like an enclosure that goes over the on/off switch that locks!
