I have seen a lot of Korean movies and series, believe me when I say this one is average at the most! Gave it 5 out of 10, because the premise is good at the beginning. Sadly it gets worse and worse within every chapter. The character development runs flat, the whole story is a mess at one point... I wouldn't waste my time. Instead of this, see "Bad Guys" or "Laseuteu", those are really excellent shows.
