While the romantic genre usually addresses more or less profound reflections on the nature of love, the idealization of the couple or obsessive tendencies, this story does not seem too interested in going beyond the basic structure of the comings and goings of two lovers who they find obstacles to express their real feelings. The series finds it difficult to sustain endless conversations between the protagonists, especially in the episodes that take place in Greece. There are some directing devices that are too obvious, and in general the story conveys a feeling of reluctance that ends up being contagious.
