Fantasy romance comedy. A beautifully drawn series about a boy, Keichi, who gets a visit from the goddess Belldandy, and wishes for her to stay forever (as a joke). It works. The side characters make the show, since they provide all the attitude and comic relief. The main characters, while obviously the focus of the very gentle romance, are a bit bland, although Keichi has his moments. While the colouring shows its age, its still a finely animated show. If you like romance, comedy, and fantasy this should satisfy.
