So seeing as though it was Olga that gave him the document. That would let me to believe its the Niece that is having everyone killed.
Seems as though he fell in love with someone else before and i assume shes dead too? which would point again to the niece that was in love with him and didn’t want to see him with anyone else. but then again it could be someone Olga was keeping at bay for a long time or someone she worked for or owed something or had blackmail on lol could be a number of things. now that i said that out loud it’s definitely not the niece, she doesn’t have the pull
