Stopped watching this, I really liked Sex and the city, didn’t really like the movies and this is just wrong and really bad

I don’t get the hate for this show. I love it and am so glad there’s a season 2 coming. The last episode made fall in love all over again

Peloton has responded with 'Allegra'.:rofl:

I really liked the Sex and the City series. The movies were so-so and I'm afraid it's downhill from there. Way too much plastic surgery and cringe so far. The big (pun intended?) scene in episode 1 was very obvious but even so, they dragged it too long and by the end of it, it looked like it could have been avoided with a proper reaction from Carrie. Unfortunately, this is just a forced shadow of SatC.

You can find love, even in retirement home...

This looks like one of those Spice Girls' reunion: they don't have any new music to offer, still they wanna do it just to raise some money...

Seems a little too focused on watching aging characters cope with “the new world” by over emphasizing how 50+ people react to pop culture, pronouns etc. Still reasonably enjoyable as a 48yo male. Carrie is still as lovable as ever.

Well, the first four episodes are so bad, I almost quit watching. It lacked the rhythm and punch of the original SaTC and spun too much on the mourning. Only from the fifth episode a flair of the rhythm came back. Finally, I watched the entire series and am now wondering: what’s next? How will Miranda go about with her new love? What about Charlotte’s family where the tradition tree is shaken a whole lot? And Miranda’s son? So much about him we don’t know? And just like that, I liked this reboot and wouldn’t mind a bit more.

Seeing the internet hate on this, but in my opinion it's better than the mess that was the original show.

It sucks without Samantha. SJP is a p.c. princess.

The show is no good without Kim Cattrall.

Well already 2 seasons for this sequel... Feels more precious oldies and it's good it's part of experience in life and the show is good at keeping new characters in the story even if they broke up with one of the lead ! I miss more voicing over by Carrie with her conscious feedback though...it gives so much deep to the episode !

A show whose most memorable and emotional scene happening in episode one can't be good. Even this scene isn't entirely remembered for the actual scene but for the fact that it almost killed a multi million dollar fitness company.

Why do they all answer their phone in the middle of having sex?

there would be only 2 seasons not 3
