Armin's plan did felt stupider in the manga for some reason. Maybe I just got used to it. Oh, Armin there are so much blood on your hands already. Time to add people that you personally know to the list...
I do love that they left in Yelena addressing Levi's issues. Would have been even nicer if anime-watchers knew how exactly Levi tried to push Historia into a role of the Queen, for comparison in ch. 56. And for more complete picture of Levi's complicated character.

Btw, the guy that almost blew up the plane was the same guy that was rescued by Ymir in season 2. In the very special winter episode.
This was INTENSE.
The whole episode just kept me on my toes. The suspense between Armin, Connie and those former friends, was unreal. I thought that one of them is going to die but didn't, thank god. But I literally forgot that Armin got titan powers, so I thought he really died.
Flock is really out of his mind. He pretty much has the mentality, that they are the right and Marleyans are wrong and all should be killed. Everyone who believes is pretty much brain washed. Literally. (Not like Marleyans are some nice people lol)
I was just surprised that one of the generals really said sorry and wanted help from Eldians.
I wonder how it's gonna continue. But it's not gonna end well.

Especially Connie's fight and how he does what he needs to do. This season is really trying its best to break Connie, putting him in a lot of dilemmata and painful scenes...
