These have to be the dumbest "Brains", as a collective they are still too stupid to figure out how to make fire, and they have had 5 days, it's day 6 at the start of this episode. I would have had a fire going within 5-10 minutes after first getting to camp on day 1 and had gathered the proper kindling.

Based on when they showed who voted for who at the end, the idol didn't actually need to get played, they had the votes that they needed, 3 guys and 3 girls. However it was better to be safe than sorry especially on this vote when it was a critical number, and she played it for herself which was a very good call, unless Big D leaked it to her. I'm glad that the guys that voted Gavin are on the girls side.
