Am I the only one watching this in a non-judgmental manner?! I'm enjoying the hell out of this.
This show has a grip on me. During the first episode I already knew the story is true, but afterwards I discovered that the main character is portrayed by the real person, the man who lived the story. Watching this second episode, knowing Donny “is actually Donny”… This is undeniably a unique form of art I've never seen before.
I feel no empathy for the main character
It's been a long time since I yelled OMG stop when watching something. This was disturbing on another level. I'm interested in Donny's background now, what makes him allow this to go on for so long? He did say 'no' though, I think it was a freeze reaction in the end.
Yikes! Into the trash bin it goes.
Martha is insanely annoying. Why would Donny keep giving her free drinks? He's at fault here too. She's a psy**opath. But, if he would have told her right away, that she's crossing every damn line... It wouldn't have escalated like this.
Teri deserves so much better than Donny. Donny does not deserve... that. Terrifying closing scene.
Show is ok, however when Teri showed up I was like: here we go again with the woke sh** .. Rated 6 stars because of him.
I am finding this a little boring, I don’t care for any of the characters
do they keep giving the trans person incredibly ironic lines about fabricated identities or what :sob:

Fantastic episode!
The newly-revealed relationship with Teri, the "Tony" persona, the internalized transphobia, they all add nuance and complexity to Donny's character, showing how his low self-worth and unmet needs for acceptance and affection have allowed Martha to bulldoze his boundaries, with gradually escalating transgressions leading up to her sexual assault on him.
