This episode was tons of fun. I must have played the "superhero" race game a hundred times with action figures when I was a kid, and this was a fun realization of that kind of pie-in-the-sky playtime on the small screen. The different racecars and strategies were imaginative and true to the characters, the scheme with Green Arrow and Batman was a nice wrinkle, and Joker's running commentary was eminently chuckle-worthy. Bravo and brava.
