I'd say that all the build-up and siderail were all worth going through fo this touching moment of sudden realisation ...
I suppose it didn’t come as a surprise who did the devouring once we saw more of the candidates. He’s massive. But which role does the goat want to play on all of this? He seems as devious as Louis. Scary herbies.
There's just something about the mundanity of everyday routines and blossoming friendships being shattered so suddenly that makes my stomach lurch and heart break.... I teared up....
This episode is for sure my favorite of the season (if not the whole anime) so far. First the Kibi thing had me all shook and just when I was thinking “oh Riz is so nice for helping carry Kibis arm” it’s revealed that he’s the one that killed Tem. Wasn’t expecting the killer to be revealed just yet, but I loved how casual it was and the flashback to how it happened was so beautifully done.

I’ve never even considered Tem’s death to be an accident. I feel so bad for Riz, he thought that the meds were hiding his true self, when all they did was limit his strength.
