Approaching the targets from afar, without subtletly and obviously announcing they were there, giving their targets time to reach out for the gun instead of neutralizing them, attacking on wide public spaces (while another armed police officer was talking to their target).. i mean c'mon, where did he found these guys? pure filler and no thrill
Blindspot had an episode related to a university shooting back in season 1 with a similar structure to this one. I wish they could explore this set up more often.
