Oh, really good premise. Oil's found in Greenland - and the locals want to use, Nyborg, now secretary of state, insists on adhering to climate policies which leads to a major clash between her and the prime minister. But the issue gets really complicated when it turns out that the Canadian firm which would help with the oil production was recently bought by a Russian oligarch, a very good friend of Putin's - in times of sanctions against Russia.

Loved the series proper Borgen, and this starts out very well. And I think it's interesting that Russia and the sanctions against it because of the Ukraine are relevant here despite the fact that this was aired before the (2nd) invasion on Feb 24, 2022. So, even regarding this conflict; I'm eagerly looking forward to the next episodes.
