I know the real reason the situation unfolded as it did is so Jones could screw up by dropping the saw for the ~drama~, but that looked like a very average lock on the clothes donation bin. I think they could've just used normal bolt cutters.
It's not surprising at all that they went for the "you're treating me this way because I'm a woman" story, but how tiresome. It could've all been avoided by someone telling Jones that they treat all candidates like that, and not just her because she's a woman. Mills could've said something. She's not special.
