This informant plot with Halstead feels like a rehash of the informant plot that Matt Casey was a part of at the end of S3/beginning of S4 in Fire.
Christ, Halstead is a moron, the management bitch should be shot and that asshole she forced onto the team is a waste of oxygen. Any script writer worth anything, which excludes most Hollywood ones, would at least given that bitch addict patient some bad karma but no. This show is getting worse with every episode.
