Still not a fan of Dr. Marcel, but he was completely right in telling Will that he needs to brush up on medical ethics. If idiotic patients want to willingly ignore medical advice and refuse treatments, then let them. That's their choice. They're idiots, but it's their right to be an idiot.
The patient made no sense, though. Still having the tattoo is understandable, because having a tattoo removed can be a long process. But he had alcohol and marijuana in his system, meaning he had that in the past day or so. When exactly did he decide to repent? That's a recent fuck up.
Oh boy, here we are yet again, back at square fucking one with Natalie and Will. Will needs to move on already. Natalie has proven to be an ungrateful, uncompromising bitch time and time again. She's not worth the trouble in any regard. There are plenty of way better fish in the sea.

That Dr. Manning didn't get fired, or at least suspended, is highly unrealistic. And she's turning into a bitchvas well, and continues to think she's right ignoring the law. Typical Hollywood bullshit story.
And then they jusy had to drag in another couple of religious nutcases refusing proper treatment and topped it up with some, well another nutcase. What a load of crap.
