I feel like this season hasn't been as fun as the first one because they tipped their hand too soon to insert more backstory about the side characters. I wish I didn't know who the mole was. Wondering whether Gordon is telling the truth or lying would be better. They killed the mystery.
However, the directing has been pretty great. They've framed some scenes very interestingly. And others have been outright pretty. I was especially distracted by the shifting colored lights on Kat's profile this episode, while she and Volk talked in the car.
