Omg, I cried like a damn baby. Seriously grab some tissues, you might need them too!!... and that version of the song, in case anyone is wondering is by Ryan Adams called This Love.

Well, that episode was sad as hell. Wonderful performances from everyone. That kid is brilliant. What Jake did to her was so sweet and heartbreaking. Their love story was over before it even began. You feel their loss deep in your heart. It's kinda silly how even as Katie was kicking and bleeding as she dies, I still had hope something would happen where she'd survive. Ugh I love this how.

When I started watching this show, I seriously did not think it would actually make me cry, yet here we are. I find the show itself average but this episode was really good and moving, and the version of Taylor Swift's 'This Love' by Ryan Adams was an amazing choice of music.

That was a sad episode, wow.

I never had strong feelings about Katie, but her death was really surprising. I was like 90% she would survive it. I was sure she would also be immune or the doctor would find a cure just before she's dead. So yeah, it was sad and surprising, but I'm always glad when a show has the guts to kill off a main character, so respect for that (I would've rather expected Teresa to die in childbirth, Suzy to get killed because she ends up kissing Dennis even though he's infected or even Jake dying because he wanted to protect Katie.)

But the part where I teared up a bit was when the elderly couple was back together :') All the time I was sure one of them wouldn't make it - Micheline gets blood poisoning, Bert gets overrun in that mob, Micheline gets robbed and killed because some desperate person wants to loot her home etc. I'm so glad they're back together!

Ohhh such a sad heartbreaking episode!
Deep down I sort of knew that Katie wouldn't make it, but I was still holding on to hope that Cannerts would find a cure or something to help her.
All of Katie's scenes were so amazing… she really proved to be a mom first and always thinking about Quentin and making sure he would be alright after she was gone. Also liked that she said some truths to Cannerts even though I feel sorry for him because yeah he lied, but he has turned into the escape goat and he is trying to find a vaccine. And of course her scenes with Jake were perfect! A very dramatic and beautiful romance.
