I thought this programme took place in Canada, so confused I thought it was Africa or India even China !!!!!! Notice how most if not all the criminals are white and everyone one else is coloured. I bet you don't see whites on African/Asian/Indian. 4.3% of the population is Native Canadian, so it's a little out of proportion in this show. So are the Africans.
