I think it was the best episode so far. I like how the storyline was developed going from gang killing theory to actually something more intense. And like Jack said, it was a late justice but at least it happened for that officer that got killed years ago. Monty was awesome! And I like that he was the one that got to cuff and voice the order of prison to that guy in the end. The only thing I thought it was a bit OOC was Jack refusing to show any sort of respect for the way Ananda Doshi dealt with her believes and method of profiling.
Nice integration of local belief in this episode. A shame that Jack, a person whose position should require him to show extra sensitivity to local belief, showed such disdain for it.
