Ugh, a time jump. I don't really like those as it leaves plot holes but I guess it makes sense here.
So David is a famous (kinda) Edgerunner now. He really chromed up (he's indeed a bit of a Borg now)! Not sure if that'll end well though... :o (depends on whether he's really that special)

It's nice to hear more names from the game (Wakako, Adam Smasher, and Bartmos).
"Both know you don't mean me. Where is she?" - That was relieving! I was already wondering about the absence of Lucy.
Lucy's backstory is very interesting. Looks like she's a very special Netrunner.
"There's no place like night city if you wanna hide."
"Your hand."
"It's nothing. It'll be fine in a sec."
"It's not like I don't understand."
And that ending was quite something. I cannot wait to see how everything will play out.

Was an odd choice for them both to just be chilling naked but I guess in that world there's less shyness about bodies in general
