This was a great episode. Daria and Jane's one-liners were in great form, but more than that, it did a great job of humanizing Quinn a bit (her nervous speech about everyone being good at something was both heartening and heartbreaking in its way), and I especially loved the way that Mrs. Morgendorffer was shown to be influencing her daughter without the show being overly blunt. Again, the way the show not only develops its characters, but manages to balance a lot of ridiculousness with things that also feel very real and true to how people interact is impressive.
By the same token, the throw-in stories about the Clerk Strike video and Jake's home videos were neat little additions as well.
