This one was fairly hit or miss, but at its worst, it was still OK. The main story, about Jane cranking out look-a-like paintings and losing her creative mojo, put me off for some reason, mostly because it didn't seem like a conflict someone would really have, and though Daria's black-and-white sense of integrity was true to the character, it was still a little annoying to see her be kind of rude to Jane for it. Plus the Jane worrying that she's an unwitting counterfeiter was a little too pie-in-the-sky for my tastes. There's the germ of a good idea in the story, but the execution was off.
The same goes with the Fashion Club trying to sue the caricature artist. There were a couple of chuckles, but for the most part it was the same silly joke stretched too thin. On the other hand, Trent struggling to be "the man" and get the workman to build the Gazebo was the comedic gift that kept on giving. All-in-all, it was a very uneven episode that still averages out to pretty good in the final tally.
