Seems like they decided to omit that electromagnetic sensitivity has "no scientific basis" and believed to "mask [a] organic or psychiatric illness" just to suit the show's agenda of the "dark" net. But it's possible I'm missing subtext from the pairing of the stories. That the message wasn't that electromagnetic fields are harmful or dangerous (negative effect of technology) but that it's negative effect is the paranoia brought on by it's abundance, which is manifesting the psychological illness (perhaps thematically linked to the piece on the cult). The former suggests a poorly produced show and the latter, a thought provoking one. I'm not sure where I stand on this.
