A new officer is introduced in this episode, and personally, I think it wasn't the best of character introductions. Ruby's mannerisms and behavior are quite irritating, and while I can promise she will grow on you later on, it's a bit unfortunate that the show decided to go in this direction. I also found the B-plots of this episode to be quite lackluster, especially Mooney's swimming thing. It definitely isn't Death in Paradise's strongest episode imo.
