Genuinely good. Pretty straight forward coherent case w/o stupid psycho BS and Derrick again on fire. The best Derrick episodes are those where the viewer knows the murderer. Best quote: "der ist doch kein Polizist, der ist von der Univerwaltung". The only thing that's not very credible is the strange fact that Derrick incidentally runs into the murder suspect. But Derrick himself admits that this is the strangest of coincidences.
