The story of Dr. Ahmed Abdel-Haq (Ayman Zidan), who is appointed by his friend the minister as the general manager in a governmental institution. After he discovers the large scale of corruption there, he tries to fix it with the aid of his friend, director Wahid (Zuhair Abdul Karim), who helps him disguise himself to expose the corrupt employees.
