I feel really bad for Thomas, I do. It’s devastating how O’Brien gave him such false hope about James, only for him to be humiliated and rejected like that at the end.
But also, why on earth would Thomas choose to kiss him in his SLEEP? Even if he did think James returned his feelings, it seems like a very odd and creepy way to make your first move.
