Season 1

Please tell me if there is a second season!

Well made, with some great star talent, slick production and obviously well financed.

But light weight and instantly forgettable popcorn

If this had been made 10 years earlier, this would have been impressive. But it is just another long winded series churned out by Netflix

There are better ways to spend 8 hours of your life.

Having watched all 8 episodes in a couple of nights, all I can say is .... I'm not so sure it's worth it.

the pros:
- if Cobra Kai did True Lies then you get this. It is a comedic take on a spy genre. It eventually works but you need a few episodes to acclimatise
- Nice to see Monica Barbaro get a chance to stretch her legs following Top Gun Maverick.
- Tina and Barry romance is a fun evolution.
- a few minutes of Tom Arnold.

the cons:
- Arnold looks old. This isn't Stallone in Tulsa King. and he seems to be shorter than everyone on screen which only grates when every character keeps referring to him as big man or weightlifting guy.
- it's longer than it needs to be. a lot longer.
- is it worth it?

Overall I was left with a feeling that True Lies is a solid rewatch these days. and Tom Arnold is fabulous in that.

I don't get much from this that is worth what you need to see to get to it. The action is cheesy at times and Arnold is way past his sell-by date.

My rating is for Arnold only not for the story or direction. I can watch Arnold films or seasons forever.. Can not wait for season 2

Ok, ignore the bad reviews. This is a light, fast moving comedic spy thriller. If you like Arnold you’ll like this. I looked forward to watching Fubar. It moved quick, it held my interest and was light…. Go watch it…. You won’t be sorry.
