WHAAAAAAAAAAAAT???? Tywin is DEAD?? I came across so many spoilers but I'm surprised I never read or heard anything about Tywin getting killed!
Tyrion’s pain when he killed Shae... I hated her. He really fell in love, she didn’t. Tywin’s death is also among the most iconic moments of this show. Not only for the dialogue that culminates in the arrows, which for me is absolutely fantastic, but for the context of the situation: the all-powerful, noble, wealthy Tywin Lannister murdered in a toilet.
Brienne’s fight with the Hound was so brutal and violent. An interesting curiosity about Arya: in seasons 2, 3 and 4, her last line in the last episode was “Valar Morghulis”.
Best season of the series so far.
The dying Hound scene is the first thing in GoT that made me cry.

I don't like that the hound died fighting with another character we like, and how arya didin't want to kill him i tought she would like him after what he did.
And Tyrion, OMG, fucking crazy, that whole scene is insane, killing Shae and then Tywin.....this show definitely has the craziest plot twists.
The best episode so far in this whole show.

Slow character moments like this is what I love. This is maybe the best episode in the whole series so far, and this might be the best season so far (or of the entire series).
Edit: I was thinking that this might be the best season out of the 8 when I first watched it, after finishing the series, I think I might be right. Everything went downhill after this one.
I'm sorry, the whole fight scene with Bran's group was so bad full of distracting CGI with a death so forced I almost laughed. Thankfully the rest of the episode was fantastic!

Found 90% of shock value plot development stupid & illogical.
I liked the scenes with Arya the best, they really made a more optimistic ending with her on the ship to Braavos , the sequence with Bran and the wights was very emotional and a bit Tolkienesque, the wights resembled the ones from the Barrow Downs in the game Lord of the Rings Online, it is a pity though that Jojen died, I liked him and his magical visions. The Three-Eyed Crow looks a bit like Gandalf. I know Tywin was a terrible father, cruel and hateful for Tyrion, but what Tyrion did seems too extreme and violent.
sensational, this season finale fulfilled what a season finale have to do is surprise.
Tywin is dead, and what ? We don't care. Each Lannister dead is good and delightful haha. The more interesting is that Arya goes to Braavos. A little hope for the end and for the Stark, maybe...

The fight between the Hound and Brienne was really hard to watch. I didn't even know who to root for; I loved both of those characters so much. And then I ended up tearing up when the Hound was dying and begging for Arya to kill him. He grew as a character and I think he really did end up wanting to protect Arya, and not just for money, and seeing him dying was heartbreaking. It will be cool to see Arya on her own. I do hope she meets up with Gendry again, wherever that boy is.
Overall though, this was a fantastic season finale!
