Have to give many props to the kid for rebuilding a business from the wreckage of the previous one! I just hope he has something in writing from the previous owner, so that he can't suddenly show up and claim, "Hey, I never GAVE you anything, I just meant for you to hold it down while I took a break, so, this is all MINE now!" that would suck, and, I'm sure Richard has enough lawyers on the payroll that he's made sure that can't happen, but, you never know how greed can motivate folks.

IDK how badly sun, humidity, and salt air can wreck havoc on an outside lift, but, my next investment as soon as I had some spare cash would be to at least COVER the outside lift to protect it from the rain, and maybe down the road enclose it. Hopefully, they won't have another bad hurricane for at least a few years, and he brought some really good insurance, just in case.
