I recommend to watch the English Dub version first be because it bring more pleasant feeling to the show.
Stumbled across this show and like many others I have to recommend the English dubbed version. The unexpected blindsides of dialogue that leave you laughing out loud; at times offensive but always intended to amuse. Definitely an anime for an adult audience.
The English dub of this has aged so, so horribly lol. Be aware if you are watching with other people -- it's so not PC.
This is one of those times where I feel you must absolutely watch an anime series in Dub, its hilarious. The studio that picked this up told the VAs to "do whatever it took to sell the show." as long as they kept the basic story, names of the characters and ghosts intact.
If Sam and Dean Winchester (of Supernatural) were to watch one anime together (never mind that Sam already watches anime, and Dean makes fun of him for it), it would be Ghost Stories. The English dub, absolutely.
