Growing up is believing that Blair Waldorf belongs with Dan Humphrey. Fuck Chuck Bass and his bullshit..

During the flashback near the beginning and Dan narrates it felt like the birth of Joe Goldberg

I can’t believe that the entire Gossip Girl saga basically just started because Dan wanted to be with Serena… It’d be pretty damn romantic if it weren’t for him pushing her away so many times and then also being in love with her bestie, but okay:sweat_smile: I guess I’ll have to try to believe that he did truly love her… Or maybe he was just creepily obsessed.
In any case, I thought the reveal was a little anticlimactic since nobody seemed to feel betrayed in any way, shape or form, but I think the idea of it being Dan did make the most sense (glaring plotholes aside).
All in all, it was a cute final episode:heart:

Well that was... something? Usually when I finish a series I get a sense of closure, but I definitely don't feel that with Gossip Girl.
Especially the ending - if you're going to give us 7 minutes of the characters' future, don't bother at all.
Why is Georgina with Jack? Who is that woman with Rufus? Why are Lily and William back together?

Something that made me chuckle was the fact that when the article revealing Gossip Girl went up and characters from previous seasons were reacting to it, I genuinely had to pause at some and figure out who the heck they were lol.

My favorite part was Rufus Humphrey looking like Simon Petrikov.
