Hell's Kitchen has historically not been too kind to those who sweat into the food and Van has become the latest example of that. Three strikes and he's out. Damn shame, but arguably he got VERY lucky that his double plastic incidents didn't get him thrown out before he was able to put his black jacket on.

Tennille doesn't beat around the bush, and in general, she doesn't afraid of anything. By this point in the season, Ramsay respects her as an arbiter of the truth in much the same way he did with Petrozza from season 4.

Suzanne was a complete chicken refusing to send food out after Gordon Ramsay and Scott walked out. As I'm sure we all know by now, she is gonna need to try running the pass at least once if she has any hope of making it to the final. This would have been great practice ahead of that second to last episode where whoever makes it that far gets rotated onto the hot plate, but no.
